Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can change your order before it is checked out. If it has been checked out, simply e-mail
Penelope@PetitPenelope.com and ask that it be canceled.

Q: How do I know if I can return or exchange an item that I want to purchase?
A: Please e-mail
Penelope@PetitPenelope.com before your purchase or within 24 hours of purchase.  We will let you know if the item can be returned or is final sale.
