Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and deliver white-glove service to you and your gift recipient.

You may return most new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of merchandise. Return shipping costs will be paid by you. However, we will pay all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive store credit for the cost of merchandise or the current sale, discounted price, whichever is less. Return shipping costs will to be paid by you.

Special order, monogrammed and seasonal items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas items. However, we will refund all costs if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective. NOTE THAT ALL SPECIAL OCCASION ITEMS, BOTH IN STOCK AND CUSTOM ORDER, INCLUDING APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES, ARE FINAL SALE (NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE).

Items that are used or damaged in return shipping are non-returnable and non-refundable and will be returned to you.
